These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of Dr Gee Herbal Practice preparations. By placing an order with us you agree to them.
Health disclaimer. Our preparations are herbal products offered on the basis of traditional use. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Their claims have not been evaluated by SAHPRA. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, on chronic medication, or managing a health condition. Do not stop any prescribed treatment without your practitioner’s guidance.
1. About us
Dr Gee Herbal Practice is based at Mayuri Medical Centre, 175 Greenbury Drive, Phoenix, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +27 64 874 6929.
2. How ordering works
For now, this website works as a catalogue. Choose a product and continue to WhatsApp. There we confirm your choices and arrange delivery and payment. We accept your order once we confirm it with you there.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We try to keep prices and stock accurate, but they may change without notice, and a product may sell out. If a price is clearly wrong or an item is unavailable after you order, we will tell you before taking payment and you may cancel.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment is currently arranged with you on WhatsApp. We plan to add Yoco card payment to the website later; that option is not available here yet. We deliver across South Africa through third-party couriers. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
5. Using the products safely
Use each preparation only as directed and for the person it was intended. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction. You are responsible for checking suitability with your healthcare practitioner.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Dr Gee name, logo, product names, text, images and design on this site belong to Dr Gee Herbal Practice and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products where they have not been used as directed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Your privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy & POPIA Notice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and POPIA are not affected.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
